"Good location, but we had a problem with airport transport"

Staff were friendly. The room was in good condition and looked clean. Great location next to Souq Sultan where there are many stores and services available.

The Wi-Fi was weak. The shower was very small. It would be good if they provided dish soap and sponges for the kitchen. These were all tolerable issues. The big problem we had was that we booked airport transport (40 JD one way) through the hotel apartment to the airport. We should have left at 3:30 AM. The driver seems to have forgotten and didn't show up until after 4:00 AM which was difficult as we were travelling with young children. The hotel claimed this never happened before. It was quite unfortunate because after arriving to the airport and moving to the front of the line for check in, the airline's system crashed delaying us another maybe 45 minutes. I realize that's not the fault of the hotel, but if we would have left on time, we could have completed the check in without any difficulties.
