"Lovely, self-contained accommodation"

A perfect little bolthole! We were in the area for a wedding at Lartington Hall, and being able to stay a few minutes down the road and leave the car somewhere safe was ideal! I let Rachel know we'd be checking in late at night after the wedding had wrapped up, and she nipped in and switched the lights on to prevent us scrabbling around in the dark - a big help! The location is great with the Tees Railway Walk starting on the doorstep, and The Old Chapel Cafe nearby for breakfast. The Little House came with milk, fresh eggs, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Rachel even let us check out late on Sunday to make the most of our weekend.

Perfect size and all of the instructions for the amenities were clear so I settled in straight away

Not really a big problem but I I would have liked to have parked nearer

It was a very comfortable, clean and modern cottage. Only small but well equipped. I imagine a winter break will be great as well as it will be really cosy. Bed was comfortable and shower really good.

It could have done with a microwave I think but that's just a thought for improvement... not a moan!!
