"It's the scam"

It was a complete scam. Deposit money you will never get back. It was certainly appartment, while booking it was showing rooms like in resort or hotel. It was neither hotel nor resort. Owner of the apartments try to make fake losses and try to eat up all your money. Stay away from Veranda properties. Cockroaches all over

"Bad experience"

very bad stay because of too many cockroaches and insects ,we can’t spent our night there. So we have to quit your room as soon as we can and we have to pay for another hotel instead on that night.

"Very bad experience, poor location, small studio, bad customer service recommend to don't book it"

Waste of money, very expensive compared the price, small studio room, poor customer service, small pool dirty toilet only the view is nice

Very bad Location Location is far from jumtien beach,no restaurant no coffee near the residence,I recommend everyone to don't book to veranda residence pattaya as no value of money with this amount you can enjoy your journey in better place
