Dinner was very slow causing us to miss a taxi. Booked breakfast for 7:30am, none of the staff informed us breakfast wasn’t served before then

The food was good. Standard fare, not hugely extensive. Buffet breakfast was tasty and there was flexibility when choosing what we wanted. There was extensive development on the site. A narrow rough track lead to the chalets, a little tricky for larger cars. The chalet was a little tired and could have done with a little TLC, thin curtains with hems hanging down and a thin rug/mat detracted from the overall look and a random false eyelash left on a window sill. Apart from this, it was clean and comfortable. It was central to a few places of interest such as Cirencester, Malmsbury, Burford.

With a little budget, the curtains could have improved lining and the hems sewn up. A better quality rug would improve the overall look. Not all staff were as engaging as others.

Spotless, comfy rooms and superb breakfast with friendly, attentive staff.

Taxis are an issue: if you want to get anywhere other than the pub and don't want to drive, be prepared for a long wait for taxis.

Extremely well located for Badminton. The Cabin was a great size, very clean and very peaceful with a huge bathroom and king size bed. Breakfast provide in the pub was excellent and we also had lovely evening meals having booked tables in advance. The property in undergoing a significant renovation - looking forward to seeing the progress next year.

The cabin would benefit from a larger television - current provision is tiny! The decking furniture would benefit from an upgrade and cushions!

Property was further away from Tetbury than we had thought and accommodation was down a very narrow rough lane. Accommodation comfortable and clean but felt price for stay was very high for facilities offered

Lodge was further away from the main accommodation than we had thought and it was not easy to find.

Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast.

Bathroom door didn’t close very easily or very well. Bed made awful creaking noise and definitely on a slope.

I wish I had of been able to book the hotel as the access to my chalet was impossible in the van I was driving, that meant getting dirty walking up the drive. Food was excellent staff very good

As stated access to chalet 4 , impossible by van, parked away down in carpark and got dirty walking up the muddy laneway . Now this place as so much potential but missing so many small details makes it a bleugh for me. Couldn't get WiFi to work, curtains don't fit the windows, no shower gels available, lighting poor in bathroom, just needs to up their game slightly.
