The Holford Arms

The breakfast and evening meal were excellent. The restaurant uses high quality local ingredients and the menu is imaginative. The room was adequate and comfortable but the view over the back yard and AC unit was depressing. The shower was fine but I was surprised that there was no hair dryer. Staff were superb, helpful, efficient and friendly.

Hair dryer needed in the room and pub back yard could be tidied up.

Stayed here for a concert at the close by Westonbirt arboretum. It isn't walkable to Westonbirt but the pub owners arranged a shuttle for a reasonable charge. The pub is decent with good beer. We stayed in one of the cabins, which suited us fine for the night. Breakfast was ample.

Nothing. We checked out early & are still Trying to pursue a refund.

The staff were partying with guests, which woke us up. I understand everyone liked to party & have a few drinks. But not the staff, especially when I checked in I was I formed of house rules. No noise after 10 I've complained & have been ignored. Terrible customer service
