Family guest house SEVEN

Very pleasant stay in this nice guesthouse 10 minutes from the Registan. Komil and his wife are extremely hospitable. Room is clean and the mattress is comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent, the best homemade jam I have ever tasted.

The location of this guesthouse is ideal, all attractions of Samarkand are in walking distance. The guesthouse is located in a small street and at night it’s very quiet. The owner, who also has a mini-market, is very friendly. The room is OK, but nothing special.

A few things could be improved: * the wifi is not very stable. Sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s weak. * we stayed 3 nights and we had a good breakfast on the first morning. The other 2 mornings the breakfast was a bit minimal. * there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, so we had to turn on the fan in the bathroom 24/7.

All good, clean and big efforts from Komil. Location at the center of all attractions. Feels like family

Best host in Samarkand! The rooms are inside his house court and all services are given by his family. He even runs a local shop next to the guest house so he is always available. He speaks English well but most importantly he really puts his heart in receiving guests, always looking for offering the best experience ever. Lovely person, lovely wife, lovely kids!

The guest house was in a perfect location for walking to all the sights. Komil and his family were very welcoming and ensured I had everthing I needed. The room was great, very modern with private bathroom and good air con. Came with a big breakfast and refillable water for the stay. Highly recommended!
