No muslim shower

Komil was the epitome of Uzbek hospitality, so if you would like a homely experience in the touristy city of Samarkand, this is the place for you. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment chatting with Komil over tea and learning more about him as well as life in Uzbekistan. The family owns the convenience store next door, so you do not need to fret about necessities. The room was comfortable and cosy, and the dining area / courtyard were great places to chill. The location could not have been more perfect — 2 minutes from Bibi Khanym Mosque and 10 minutes by foot from Registan Square. Highly recommended! Thank you Komil :)

Excellent service and a very friendly host. The location is central yet quiet. The rooms were in very good condition and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great.

This was my first time in Samarkand. The family is very warm and welcoming, and the hospitality is excellent. I only spent a few days there but it felt like home. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It is also the best location you can get in all of Samarkand. It is right next to Bibi Khanym Mosque and a few minutes walk from Registan Square. The family also has a small convenience shop adjacent to the guesthouse. It is in proximity to all the main sites of Samarkand. If you want a central placed location with excellent hospitality, then look no further. This is the place you want to stay. I was debating between several places, but I’m very happy that I ended up choosing this place. The family cares for you like their own. They made sure I was well-fed and taken care of, with lots and lots of tea. Thank you so much for making my stay an awesome experience!

Everything was excellent

I arrived a day before my booking by accident in 3am in the morning. A Bath room and room are clean. The owner took cared of me really x2 well. I highly recommended.

We came from Turkey. We were guests of a very nice family. Kamil is a very friendly and helpful person. The rooms and showers were very clean. The location of the hostel is great. Walking distance to attractions.

The hotel is perfectly located on the main path leading to the main attractions: Blue mosque (5mn walk), Registan square (10mn walk). The owner is absolutely remarquable. He went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional and even to organise the rest of my trip.Priceless for a solo woman traveler

Everything was great

Beautiful place with charming courtyard, nice seating, comfortable and traditionally styled rooms (with AC and TV), big shower and washing machine available. Komil's family provided us a delicious vegetarian breakfast, and he was very apologetic about the city's water shortage. Location is great - very close to Samarkand's famous Registan Square complex and many good restaurants nearby, but also quiet and peaceful. Recommended stay!
