Very friendly and responsive owner, we were upgraded to 4-bed room due to current renovation work in the twin/double rooms. The 4-bed room was very spacious - with aircon. Location is right next to Bibikhanum Mosque, and within walking distance to Registan Square. Breakfast was simple - we were also given packed breakfast for our early train ride to Tashkent.

WiFi was a bit patchy, but it was alright because we have our own data SIM.

Everything was fantastic. The owner is pleasant, the location of the facility is ideal for walking around the monuments. Everything accessible by foot. The facility was clean with a pleasant atmosphere. We thank you

I had a perfect stay at Seven Family Guest House! The owners are really welcoming, helpful and friendly, they recommended me things to do in Samarkand. You cannot expect a better location : it is close to the main spots (Bibi-Khanym Mosque 1min, Siyob Bazar 3min, Registan 10min). The room was perfectly clean and comfortable and the breakfast was wonderful. This place will be my accommodation if I visit Samarkand again!

They welcome me with open hand , excellent hospitality and not too mention their beautiful house and perfect location in Samarkand. I'm enjoying my afternoon walk every day because they are in middle of Samarkand and lovely people.

The location was very convenient. It was a walking distance from Registan and Bibikhanum. There is also a Dehqan Bazar nearby, where things can be baught for a very fair prices. The staff were amazing. Komil - the owner, was very supportive. He suggested very good places to visit and arranged taxi for us all the time we wanted to go out. He helped us to find a taxi to Bukhara and even negotiated very good price with the taxi driver.

Affordable accommodation just behind your Samarkand destinations. Walking distance to everything. Bed is clean, restroom is super clean. Silent neighborhood. Super friendly owner, he will help you with all your needs around Samarkand - taxi, best restaurant to eat, how to go to one location to another, etc. We felt the Uzbek hospitality through him. I would recommend this place to budget-friendly travelers like me.

Komil and his family are very kind, welcoming and helpful. Their guest house is comfortable and clean, and it's located at the perfect walking distance of everything. I stayed for five nights and managed to see everything and more by foot! Breakfast is something to look forward to. I will miss their hospitality and warmth. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you are a woman solo traveler.

Everything was great. The only thing is that the bathroom and toilet are not attached to the rooms; they are shared facilities.

Staying at Seven family guest house was like staying at a home away from home. Komil and his family were the best hosts and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast was perfect every morning. The rooms are so spacious and immaculate. The location was perfect. I was able to walk around and see many famous sites on foot. There are heaps of local food options in the area and snack options in Komils market next door! For the price of the stay, you can't go wrong.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the property. All facilities that were stated were to be expected.
