This property was very disappointing and not like the pictures made it out to be . There was an additional parking fee of $10 per night and 39. Dollars insurance, which we were not told about. There were several basic amenities that were not available. Coffee, water, salt & pepper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, Potholders. There was not a washer and dryer, and they left us just a few towels each for 4 days. The television did not work in the twin room, and there was no guide for the television channels. There were no Extra trash bags. These are easy things that owners could have done. It was a very disappointing experience. The place is old and needs updates, however it would have been okay for the price, if the basic amenities were available. I also texted the number to the owners on day 1,and there was no response. There also was no ocean view to dine in on the balcony, as per the advertisement The floors were dirty then there was no mop or broom. The plus side is the air conditioning Did work well. We will not be staying here again or recommending it to family and friends.

Like the gate security of Ocean Creek. The layout of units with trees, greenery, flowers make it a welcoming experience. I have stayed here four different times in studio units and each have been neat, clean and fully furnished with dishes, pots, utensils, etc. Location is perfect with Barefoot Landing across the highway (shops and restaurants) and restaurant row is two miles away.

I have stayed at this resort several times over the past 10 to 15 years and each time it was a great experience. Clean and the staff was very friendly. That’s the reason I selected this location for this trip. The property outside looks okay but the room was a mess.

There were large roaches all over the place (see photo). The toilet seat was broken (see photo),the doors to the patio would not securely lock and the door to the master bedroom was damaged (see photo). I informed the front desk and they said they would notify maintenance. They never came to check it.

Stayed in the South Tower. It was terrific. Great view. Easy access to beach, pool and driving in and out. Enjoyed our 4 day getaway. Will be back again next year.

Ocean creek is in a park-like setting and is quiet, family-friendly, many pools, and shopping nearby. It has been around for a while and some of the units need to be upgraded and/or better maintained.

Great unit overall. Updated furniture and comfortable. New flooring, except bathrooms. Both showers need updated. Very slippery and no rails of any kind. Beautiful view from balcony….bar height outdoor furniture would be so nice to see over the railing! Cold air return was filthy, but otherwise very nice unit. Little hike to beach, but walk is very level. Gorgeous 5 days!
