The location was good in the main via Roma strip. The limestone vaulted ceiling was nice and typical of the area.

The room is in an separate building well away from their normal rooms. No issue here really but the room was not up to the standard that is advertised in their ratings. The entry was dirty and dark. The room had chips and black marks all over the walls everywhere which made it feel dirty and unkept. The bathroom shower had black mould in the bottom and there were no blankets for the bed so we only had a sheet. We also asked for an earlier check-in to store our luggage but this was swiftyly rejected even though there was no-one in the room. They say "you get what you pay for" but in this case we didn't get what we paid for.

Para acessar os quartos precisa subir uma escada íngreme. Meu quarto era em frente a escada e este é compartilhado (não sabia), pois nas fotos não mostra a porta q divide o outro quarto e ouve-se tudo o q é falado. Houve atraso de checkin em 1h.

Расположение идеальное, при выходе из аппартаментов сразу попадаешь на улицу с ресторанами , главная площадь находится в 5 минутах ходьбы. Все необходимое для проживания есть , чайник есть , можно приготовить себе чай.

We very much appreciated the kindness and consideration from Fulvio. We messed up our transportation and had to do a long overnight journey by train. Fulvio provided a very early check in. We so much needed that! It was a great location.

We had a light that kept flashing within our room throughout the second night and we had no idea how to turn it off. All in all we had a very good stay and I want to say a special thank you to the host once again!

It’s in the middle of the Main Street it’s really clean and comfortable
