Beaches Brighton - Luxury Seafront Accommodation

This apartment is absolutely stunning and we had an amazing time. Every little detail is though about and so comfortable and warm. Super quiet too which was great. Very convenient parking space right outside the apartment. Our kids loved the Den bunk bed room, really cosy and warm. Luxury bedding and amenities. Lovely hosts and very easy to access the apartment. The location is absolutely perfect. We will be back!

Absolutely nothing, it was all amazing.

It is nicely renovated

1. The bunk bed is a nightmare. First, you have to walk outside from one of the main bedrooms to find the bunk beds, this also means you need to go through another bedroom to use toilet. Second, the beds are super small. I mean it is not only narrow (which I can accept for a bund bed), but also super short in length. If you are above 170cm, and use a pillow, you have to bend your legs the whole night! 2. The instructions are super long and I found it very difficult to locate the important information among the repeated and very long messages. 3. The thermometer (for the bunk beds) is actually very easy to use but the instructions and warnings from the messages make it very difficult. I am a programmer and I spent an hour trying to turn on the floor heating for the bunk beds following the instruction. It actually took 2 minutes to solve if you forgot about the instruction there. 4. The larger bedroom is cold at night.

The host's very detailed explanation was helpful, but I felt burdened by the emphasis on things to be careful of.

Location very good

Instructions were clear and easy - we did need a torch to find the keys as it was quite dark so hard to see the numbers but that's what phones are for! The instructions were sent to us, but not too far in advance that you can't remember where the details are or have to scroll for days to find them! This is the cutest little place RIGHT on the seafront with the added bonus of a car parking space. Easy to find. Really well finished little apartment, with some lovely added touches to make it feel welcoming and super homely. I work in high end hospitality and can be a fussy thing but we loved this place! The bathrooms were beautiful, tiles were stunning and loved the big shower!! They have made great use of a small space without it feeling crammed. Perfect spot for a weekend away with the girls! We definitely plan to come back if you will have us!!

For our group the third bedroom off the courtyard wasn't ideal, but again they have made great use of the space they have to provide some extra beds. Would work better for kids.

A beautifully appointed apartment. Spotlessly clean with quality fittings and facilities. Couldn't be better placed for Brighton seafront. The property also comes with an allocated, off-road parking space adjacent to the entrance. An added bonus is that it was just a short walk (stagger!) from the Brighton Marathon finish line. If you're thinking of running in 2025, I recommend you book now.

We didn't use the third annexe bedroom, but access through one of the main bedrooms could be inconvenient to some.

All rooms were decorated to a very high standard! It was a really lovely place to stay with extra perks including a beachfront location, competitive price and a parking space!

Bunk bed room was too small and outside the building and out of the way.
