Beaches Brighton - Luxury Seafront Accommodation

All rooms were decorated to a very high standard! It was a really lovely place to stay with extra perks including a beachfront location, competitive price and a parking space!

Bunk bed room was too small and outside the building and out of the way.

This is an exceptional apartment in the most perfect location. Right on the seafront with private parking and super quiet, we slept like babies! Everything about the space was high end and the bedding and mattresses were so comfortable. Stunning bathrooms and lovely amenities, the whole place was so fresh and clean. The bunk bedroom, whilst fairly small, was a great addition that the kids loved and so cosy too. We will be back to stay longer, the hosts were so welcoming and the communication was great.

Absolutely spotlessly clean, with amazing facilities and decor. The bedding was so luxurious and the bathroom amenities. Lovely fresh scents and great towels. We could not ask for more. The location was perfect and the parking space was so useful right outside, such a rarity in Brighton. Such friendly super helpful hosts.

Nothing, it was just what was advertised and more!

Beautifully appointed flat in a fantastic location right opposite the sea and a short walk to town. All the rooms are beautifully designed with high quality fixtures and fittings. The beds were very comfortable with beautiful pillows and luxury bedding, we all slept really well. Gorgeous tiles, nice lighting and classy kitchen and bathrooms. Timely and thorough communication from hosts. The parking space is excellent and a real bonus in Brighton where parking is expensive.

The flat smells strongly of damp throughout which is tolerable but a shame considering all the positives. Although we understood the reasons for the house rules there were a lot of them, even covering avoiding burning toast. It isn't very welcoming and perhaps some of the signs and comms should be rethought to be a bit less stringent to make guests feel more comfortable and less worried about possibly doing the wrong thing when they have come away to relax and enjoy themselves.

The location was terrific and the apartment very clean and comfortable.

The second bedroom and the den smelled quite musty.

Neat and tidy, walking distance to Pier and eateries in the centre of Brighton. Lovely and quiet stay with allocated parking spot just outside. Quite luxurious.
