Stunning property, with every amenity you could ask for, top fixtures and fittings, don’t think you could find or ask for anything more spectacular as far as the property is concerned. Its directly opposite the seafront with off street private parking too. perfect location.

Fantastic location, beautiful apartment, modern, clean and comfortable. Kitchen and en suite were highlights. Very helpful owners

Layout was a little awkward and people living above were noisy at night (although this obviously was not the owners fault)

the decor was amazing, so fresh and clean, the beds were so comfortable, coffee machine was an added bonus. The car parking space right outside was fantastic as we had to pay £65 in the local carpark for 2 days. we couldn’t ask for a better location right opposite the beach. I’m from Brighton and would definitely stay again.

The only quibble I have is the ‘den’ room where the bunk beds are, can only be accessed through the main bathroom, if I was travelling with my children i would have felt uncomfortable having to go through the courtyard to get to them and likewise if they wanted a wee in the night. It suited us fine as the group we were with.

The style and decor of the accommodation and the fantastic location. Well equipped kitchen and lots of additional thought, i.e. supplied towels, hand washes, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls etc.

Bedroom 3 was not really ideal for use for children as it was accessed via main bedroom french doors across the patio area. I felt that for fire and security issues, I was not happy having children sleeping out there. Fortunately, as I was the only parent with 2 children, we managed to work it so that we used the 2 main bedrooms. For other families, this may be an issue.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It really suited our family and we loved all 3 bedrooms including the Den which was such a restful and cosy room. The apartment is lovely and quiet too for a great night's sleep. The bathrooms are amazing and everywhere you can see the attention to detail. The kitchen was really well equipped and had everything we could have possibly needed. Overall it's a stylish and super-comfortable place to stay, we can't wait to come back, it's the best place we've ever stayed in Brighton.

great location and living space beautifully furnished. main bedroom and bathrooms lovely and very comfortable.

sleeping in Den was horrid - it was cold and cramped and outside of main building so not really suitable for kids and given the beds and space is only for little ones - doesn’t work. also sofas in living room were most uncomfortable. kitchen didn’t have some basics (chopping board, strainer etc). hosts had so many instructions and requirements that made it all stressful. instructions on heating wasn’t clear and thank goodness smoke alarm didn’t go off because instructions weren’t clear at all!

It was everything we needed. Apartment is spacious and clean. Parking is best plus. Just next to the beach. Highly recomended. Thank you

This is a lovely apartment of the highest quality. The fixtures and fittings are all high end and there has clearly been a lot of thought into the design. The beds are the most comfortable we have ever slept in! It's super-quiet yet in the most central location. The parking space is such a great benefit but you can walk everywhere. We can't wait to come back, thank you.
