Welcome pack…….beer! Wine! No Tea! Or coffee!

Gorgeous cottage with everything needed for a short stay & great location.

Shoe rack needed by front door, as carpets cream.

The welcome basket with beer, wine, bread and pudding was a welcome and lovely touch. The breakfast included at the cafe was amazing and again, a bonus to the lovely cottage. Excellent location in the village. The parking, although not directly outside was also a very welcome bonus and literally minutes away.

We had a great stay at The Nook- really lovely cottage with a cosy feel and just a few mins walk to the town with lots of nice pubs, cafes and shops Cottage was very clean and fully equipped Breakfast being included too was a lovely touch as was the welcome basket which was full of lovely treats

Car parking was 300m away and only bathroom is located downstairs

Highly recommend, great value, location and everything has been thought of (down to choices of which champagne glasses you want to use!). You can tell there is real care taken, the house is spotless and any small issues dealt with quickly. Breakfast in the bakery is a real added treat - delicious coffee!

Great location for everything we needed

We were not informed that the breakfast was offered at 9am until we read the welcome pack on arrival. We telephoned the Bakewell Pudding shop, to enquire whether there was anything that could be done to support us as we were on a Rambling Holiday and needed to be left by 9am. Instead we were informed that the chef did not arrive until 9am and it would take at least 20 minutes to cook, so technically not even a 9am breakfast. The shop assistant informed us that she would inform the manager, not call received. Upon returning the keys, we informed the assistant that were not happy with the lack of response. Other people paid a less and received an earlier breakfast.
