The room was ok with enough space to store luggage and a wardrobe. Cleanliness wasn't perfect and we had one or two insects come in, but I think it is normal for the conditions. Our 'balcony' was actually the shared walkway to each of the rooms, so noisy at times and limited options to open the curtains or windows or sit outside. The breakfast was not so elaborate but ok for our short stay. Views from the upper seating area were great, if it is not foggy and warm enough to sit there. Location was good, walk uphill from the main street was short.

A big minus point for the insufficient heating in the room. The advertised heated bedcover was nice for the evening but cannot warm you up enough when the room is cold and moreover, you wouldn't want to have to stay in bed all the time. We noticed that generally the houses in Sapa are not heated and I understand the difficulty. However, one could maybe insulate the rooms better so they retain the heat, as we were actually given an electric heater upon request but it couldn't do much even after staying on the whole day and night. So, all in all, probably a great place in the warm season (they also have a nice small pool) but I would consider twice in cold weather.

Phòng sạch, thoáng, thoải mái. Ban công view phố khá đẹp, tiện nghi đầy đủ từ chăn điện đến đồ vệ sinh cá nhân, lại có sẵn bữa sáng nên rất tiện cho anh em nào lười đi xa. Đáng để ghé lại

Phòng view đẹp, rộng rãi thoáng mát. Đầy đủ tiện nghi thiết yếu. Chủ home dễ thương. Giá phòng đã bao gồm bữa sáng khá ngon miệng.

Chỗ này sạch sẽ view đẹp nên bà xã mình cực kỳ ưng. Ban công view phố đẹp, phòng có đủ chăn điện ấm áp với đồ dùng cá nhân nên rất tiện. Chủ nhà thì dễ thương, nhiệt tình vô cùng, lại còn bao cả bữa sáng ngon lành. Rất đáng để đưa vợ đến nghỉ ngơi

Phòng mình ở giá khá cao tuy nhiên tiện ích đã xuống cấp khá nhiều, không phải người quá khó tính nhưng chủ cơ sở nên cải tiến lại
