Clean, quiet, and full of warmth. Two nights at this homestay reminded me what genuine hospitality feels like.

The location is good and bad at the same time, it's in an alley near the central market. It's quiet, yet you have to go uphill. The price is cheap. It has a swimmimg pool and yard. The breakfast is great. The premises are clean, especially the kitchen, but not the guest's bathroom. It definitely needs to be clean more often. The view is good too. The staff is kind. The value is great.

The hot water runs out quickly. You should take a shower in 5 minutes +-. The guest bathroom get dirty. It has to be cleaned more often. There are too many mosquitoes. The mosquitoes get in thebroom through the door gap. The rooms should have a ac with heater. Should provide downhill road pick up service since the owner alreay has a scooter. The alley is steep ans somwhat long till arriving to the hotel.

Wir hatten erst das Zimmer direkt neben der Rezension. Dieses war leider feucht und sehr hell und laut. Anschließend haben wir ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, welches sehr schön war. Es hatte zwar keine Aussicht allerdings waren die Betten sehr bequem und es war leise. Das Frühstück war gut, auch wenn es das nur bis 9:00 Uhr gab. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist etwas abseits aber man läuft ca. 10 min in die Innenstadt.

Phòng view đẹp, chủ home thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Lần đầu book được phòng view xịn vầy mà giá lại phải chẳng ở Sa Pa luôn. Đáng trải nghiệm thử, hôm nào quay lại book dài ngày hơn thì quá ư là ok.

Phòng ở Love House siêu xinh, sạch sẽ. Ban công view phố cực chill, có cả chăn điện ấm sực nên ngủ rất thích. Ưng nhất là chủ home dễ thương, nhiệt tình lắm, bữa sáng đi kèm cũng rất ổn áp.
