I had such a relaxing stay in Sapa. The weather was cool, the scenery stunning, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast every morning was fresh and varied, and the staff made me feel so welcome. You can tell they really care about their guests

Sapa is truly a magical town — surrounded by mountains and misty clouds. The hotel I stayed in made the trip even better. The room was clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking mountain view. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. The staff were warm, kind, and always ready to help with a smile

Mình rất ấn tượng với cách phục vụ ở đây. Dù khách đông nhưng nhân viên vẫn nhiệt tình, chu đáo từng chi tiết nhỏ. Mình cảm thấy được chào đón thật sự. Không khí ở Sapa thì quá tuyệt rồi!

What I loved most about my stay was the atmosphere — calm, cozy, and surrounded by nature. Waking up to the mountain view from my balcony was unforgettable. The breakfast buffet was great, and everyone working at the hotel was genuinely friendly

The breakfast food was surprisingly good, the bed was reasonably comfortable, and overall it’s cozy and quiet there

1) Mold in the bathroom and in the room. 2) The fact that you have to turn on the water heater separately—and no one warned me about this—plus they didn’t provide towels on the first night, and it was too late to ask by then, so I didn’t take a shower because of the cold water and the lack of towels

The hotel is located right in the heart of Sapa, which made it super convenient for exploring. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable — from arranging transport to giving local tips. The included breakfast was a lovely bonus with plenty of tasty options

De kamer is heel mooi met heel veel glas. Alleen toen wij er waren was het erg koud en mistig zodat we daar niet zoveel aan hadden. Door het vele glas werd het zelfs wat koud binnen wat het minder comfortabel maakte. Als het goed weer is, is dit wel echt een hele mooie en bijzondere kamer denk ik. De homestay ligt op loopafstand van het busstation wat erg handig is.

Het bad ziet er prachtig uit maar de kraan lekte nogal waardoor de vloer ook blank kwam te staan. Personeel vonden wij nogal stug. Andere recensies zijn hier heel lovend over maar wij hadden het idee dat we wat ongelegen kwamen en ze eigenlijk geen tijd hadden. Bij het ontbijt “‘s ochtends dezelfde weinig enthousiaste ervaring. Dat was jammer want het is een erg leuke plek.
