Mini's Residence

The host is a DJ! He has a huge collection of vinyls and lots of equipment, and after breakfast we had a private music session. It was fabulous! It's a pity we only stayed for one night. We will be back some day!

Se cerchi qualcosa di originale l’hai trovato!! Eranda, l’host, é davvero gentilissimo e super disponibile. Ti trasmette la sua passione per la musica con i vinili e vari remix creati appositamente per te al momento. Durante il mio soggiorno lì, mi ha anche portato in giro per la città con la sua splendida auto d’epoca. Super raccomandato!!

Останавливались в первую и последнюю ночь нашего путешествия по острову. Очень гостепреимный хозяин: показал коллекцию пластинок и проигрывателей, накрывал прекрасные завтраки под музыку, дал несколько дельных советов для дальнейшего путешествия. Была парковка и кондиционер, что немаловажно для данной местности. Всем рекомендую.

Возле данной локации практически нет мест, где поужинать.

Amazing host- he helped us with everything we needed. Made us a tea when we arrived , explained us a lot about the culture, customs and way of living in Sri Lanka. It is a perfect start for your journey in Sri Lanka. And the breakfast was delicious, traditional and a lot of fruit.

An incredible stay! The room was super clean and comfortable, and the host was outstanding — very kind, responsive, and always checking in to make sure everything was going well. His communication was excellent, and I genuinely felt looked after. I really wish I had met him earlier in my trip — it would’ve made my time in Colombo even more special. Meeting him at the end changed things in the best way.

It was a little noisy at night, but nothing too disruptive. The overall experience and the warmth of the host more than made up for it.

Homey environment, quiet neighbourhood, eranda, the host will do everything to make it comfortable for you. If you want to see colombo through a local, musical eye, this is a big recommendation.

I have very good memories of my 2 days spent here. I was very well received, with tea and good music. It is easy to talk with the host and he helped me with various things (visits in Colombo, booking tuk tuk...) Thank you
