The property was lovely and clean and cozy. Perfect spot for walking the 2 moors or for a holiday in the area. the village is very cute with cafe and great pub a couple of mins away. Mop was excellent host and made us feel very welcome. Our dog also loved it!

Breakfast was excellent and very generous and the location was great.. nice that it had a little kitchenette which was very handy for feeding our little dog and the patio door in the room was convenient for letting him out the back.

The bed was a bit hard for us and could do with a foam topper - that would make it a lot more comfy.

The place is in a very quiet cute village, which is perfect for relaxation and escape from the city. The lady was super welcoming and nice. She made us sandwiches on our way out, very thoughtful.

Beautiful apartment with everything you could ever need. Wonderful breakfast served to our apartment. Quiet and peaceful surroundings and a comfy bed made for a good night's sleep. Thoughtful little touches like fresh milk, dog treat and flowers in the room

Beautiful room kitchenette and bathroom. ..WOW WOW WOW . Wonderful breakfast, warm welcome and absolutely everything had been thought of ...so much kindness. Great location.

"Top location for the 2 Moors Way with great facilities for a comfortable stay"

Great facilities everything you need for a stay. Top location in the heart of Exmoor perfect for exploring the moorlands or walking along the River Barle that runs through the village. The owner was very helpful and even offered to take my rucksack to Lynmouth (had to decline). I was completing the 2 Moors Way so the property sits in a perfect spot for a stay overnight.

Mop was lovely and friendly. It's in a great location with lots of local walks to let our puppy run around and go to the toilet. We were running late and she was so accommodating it made us feel at ease. The breakfast was lovely. We'll definitely be returning. Can't praise this place enough!
