The reception was locked and unresponsive upon our arrival at 7:30pm for 2 hours. After that they were available.

People who run motel are very friendly!!! Always stay here when in area.

Price and location perfect. Its a bare bones clean comfortable facility. That's all we needed. The bathrooms are tiny though, not good for large people.

Clean beds. Friendly staff.

Dirty. Needs some maintenance and a good deep clean!

The room was well worn, but comfortable and clean. It was more like staying in someone's home than an austere room in a chain hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I appreciate being able to look out the window at the trees because the motel is set back from the road. The location is close to the things I like to do and family and friends I visit when I'm in Northampton. I appreciate having a microwave and refrigerator so I can have a quick meal I bring from home if I so choose.

I'm not a fan of bathtubs with a curtain, especially in a small bathroom, but the shower worked well, the hot water was immediate, and the facilities were very clean.

Passei vários dias quando levei meu filho para o college. Me atendeu bem, sendo mais barato do que os hotéis disponíveis em Amherst.

Nos primeiros dias não consegui Wi-Fi. Depois que o proprietário voltou de viagem, funcionou ok.
