Was clean

The bed & sofa was very uncomfortable wasn’t able to sleep

Location wasn’t far from town.

When booking, I specifically picked this one because it had parking facilities but on arrival it they did not provide parking and had to park miles away in a very unsafe area. Also apartment was very dirty and on arrival found wet clothes drying on a rack and dirty clothes in a black bag.

The property is not properly cleaned at all with clumps of dust built up everywhere around the apartment, limited cleaning facilities, sticky tables, rubbish behind the counters and left overs after other peoples stay

The kitchen facilities

The customer service was appalling told we would receive the check in information 24 hours before stay had to message property to ask for this to be told that I would receive this at 12 noon on the day to then have to ring the property again to chase this down and still didn't receive till 115 ish, spoke to the guy when we was given a extra key to ask what to do with it to receive a response that said read email even though there was nothing in the email about this, for him to then be arsey when someone else came for the extra key we had telling me to hurry up, the beds was hard and very uncomfortable, the bathtub had a black mould style mark in it, the area we was wasn't a great looking area, TV hardly had any channels to get the channels you had to log into personal accounts or use lg channels and the 2 remotes was very hit and miss.

It was really spacious and a good location

There wasn’t enough plates / cutlery and utensils

Everything was nice apart from the bed

The bed it was not comfortable at all it felt like the springs were popping out
