Modern-New Build Apartment in Birmingham

The apartment is neat and well kept. The facilities are in excellent condition. The furnishing is simple and effective.

The TV channels should have a greater variety of international news and entertainment channels.

Getting the keys was very easy. The place was large spacey and perfect for our visit as 3 friends wanting easy access to town day and night. walking distance. Clean and very nice appartment. We loved it.

Only negatice is the advert said suitable for 3 people and that there was a sofa bed, after spending a while trying to find the bed in the sofa we realised there wasnt one, therefore for 1 person the stay was very uncomfortable.

No pizza cutter No chopping boards No towels No hot water No over gloves Not suitable for families No parking - one that suggested from on street parking, unsafe "Parking" around area not safe or suitable several reports of cars stolen or broken into TV not tuned in Area very loud and noise of local people (loud music until early hours/ cars racing/ potentially illegal activities on surround streets) Didn't feel safe so parked car outside for "not in permit area after 6pm -8am Was due to stay 2 nights but left 7.30am next day, was worried about vehicle so stayed up until 1am incase anything Happened to car No cctv in area

the apartment was clean, the owner was very polite and helped us with so many things. quick responses

the apartment could’ve been a shorted walk to corner shops, also there’s no standing mirror or long mirror in the bedroom to look at while getting dressed. it’s so hard to order a parcel and receive because of how the apartment is.
