GBI loved the cosy feel, it felt like a home away from home. There were some lovely touches in the room! The radio was on when we arrived with a little square of fudge left for us! The facilities were brilliant, a variety of teas and coffees. Overall the room was very clean and tidy and it was in a perfect location, roughly 5 minutes walk to the town centre.

GBI stayed for 2 nights in the ‘Comfy Penn suite’. Joanna was so kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay a beautiful one. The room was clean, stylish, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The self check in was fantastic, secure and easy to do. Great location, onsite parking and Joanna is an amazing host! 10/10- would absolutely recommend! Not only dog friendly but Scouse friendly too, bonus!

GBI rated 5 stars but there are no staff present. Because non are needed. The Smart lock / keyless entry into the building and room is fantastic and faultless. The room facilities, decor and furnishings are fantastic, really well finished. The welcome letter with the local fudge is a lovely, warming touch The bathroom was so glamorous, and the freestanding bath and complementary bathbomb was much appreciated. The location is brilliant for walking around Windermere and in walking distance to Windermere lake.
The parking can become aggravating quickly. I suggest for any customers reading this in the future. Once your car is parked, leave it there!

GBThe room was gorgeous. It really felt so welcoming. The bathroom was stunning and really enjoyed the bath. When we arrived early and were waiting in the car the staff member greeted us and advised we could check in early which’s was amazing. The dog pack and fudge gift was a lovely touch. We had an amazing stay. I would 100% recommendation a dog friendly stay.
