Great stay with the family. Lots of space and located in a great area.

Great location for walking and seeing the strip. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The beds were very comfortable . Very nice pool.

Rooms were excellent pool area gets over crowded as it’s small. Prices for food and drink bit over the top price wise imho

We spent a quick weekend with our family in Laa Vegas. REALLY like that this property doesn’t have a casino. Quiet and lovely!

First class accomodations. Enjoyed our stay. Easy to access Lyft and Uber. Nice and quiet and night to sleep with excellent blackout curtains. Pool area was nice although crowded and drinks at the pool enjoyable. They do a nice job with events during the day and we enjoyed a free cocktail in the afternoon along with an excellent karaoke band (two person) on Tuesday night. Shout out to the guy working at the taxi stand in the mornings who we talked to almost every day and was extremely helpful. Counting the days to my next visit but probably not until 2026.

Great hotel as far as location. Don't ever like to complain, however when I asked a bartender Lo at the 38th pool, what time the taps open she looked me dead in the face and said "when I'm ready to open them(very aggressively)" it put me over an edge. I don't normally complain and I know people have tough days, but this was atrocious. I don't usually disclose the fact that I'm a travel agent, and travel business owner, but, I usually travel incognito as to not judge any one property unfairly. This time something needed to be said and I approached her manager. I hope he speaks to her as premised. Hate to let one rotten apple ruin your standing.

The property was in a great location. Not on the LV strip but just close enough. The property was very clean and the staff was always welcoming and nice, especially the valet team. One aspect we did not love was the fact that pool bar on the 5th floor closed at 4:00 pm daily. The rooftop pool, while it stayed open past 4:00 pm, was very small and the bar only sat 8 people. This isn't necessarily the fault of the hotel as it was built this way, but just something we overall didn't love. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Rooms are clean and roomy. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I wanted to mail a box home and they did it for me. Convenient location, right off the strip. Offer some good activities. Concierge very helpful. Pools not great for swimming laps and play loud music.

It was clear that the property needed to be renovated. The carpets were dirty, the front entrance was unappealing.
