"Felt everything was average at best."

The efficiency rooms are very small. There is no shuttle to the strip. No daily housekeeping or trash removal. The property is clean. Staff is friendly. Bought pound of coffee in marketplace cost $28. Try to purchase sundry items off property.

The hotel was great for a family stay. We booked a villa and everything was cleaned and fine except the toilet. The pot looked old and had scratches inside which made it look dirty. The wifi in the room never worked. We stayed there for 5 nights without a proper wifi.

"Rooms are not as shown on website! Old interiors vs. pictures of new."

Very disappointing. The pictures of the rooms on the website show a completely different interior and decor of all the rooms. Why Marriott? I am an owner. If this property is not updated, state that! Pictures on the website are modern, light and show new furniture, drapery, flooring. See my pictures? Compare them to the website? All attached. We are here now. Not happy.

"Vacation within a vacation"

Pearl was so amazing to my family and I it was one of my daughter’s birthday, my other daughter graduating, and just a get away while celebrating for different occasions. Pool was a plus, the exist points you receive will checking out, the shows and entertainment is such an enjoyable experience. Not to mention the room had a great view, clean, very clean room.
