Very good location,. Walking distance to attractions, shops and restaurants. Accommodation was very clean and had all the facilities for a comfortable stay.

Modern, spacious and comfortable apartment with great amenities. Washer/dryer was super useful.

Even though it has a balcony, photos in the description are deceptive because there is a wall from another building (that is a loud construction site at the moment) literally couple of meters in front and all you can see is a wall covering any views to the city.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Es gab einen Aufzug. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Und die Küchenauststattung war gut. Es gab eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Lage war gut.

Wir wussten nicht, dass es eine Baustelle direkt neben der Wohnung gibt. Direkt vor allen Fenstern. Das war sehr nervig. Man hatte wenig Privatsphäre, weil die Bauarbeiter sich jeden Morgen auf dem Nachbargebäude versammelt haben und auch dort den ganzen Tag gearbeitet haben. Es war laut. Es war sehr staubig, den ganzen Tag über. Deshalb konnte man leider nicht gut lüften, weil alle Fenster zur Baustelle zeigen. Leider hat der Aufzug immer gepiepst, wenn er an unserem Stockwerk vorbeigefahren ist. Auch wenn niemand ausgestiegen ist. Das war sehr nervig, weil die Wohnung nur wenige Meter vom Aufzug entfernt war. Bucht kein Taxi über die Unterkunft! Das ist eine Touristenfalle. Das Taxi kostet normalerweise vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft weniger als 10€. Die Unterkunft verlangte 50$, was eine Frechheit ist. Wir haben es selbst organisiert über Booking.com.

Communication with fellow travelers becomes optional during the day, as the nearby construction site's jackhammers and angle grinders provide the ideal background noise. The terrace is thoughtfully decorated with construction debris, creating an authentic industrial loft atmosphere. Fans of minimalism and ascetic living will appreciate the absence of unnecessary extras such as spare bed linen, towels, or a clothes drying rack. A modern washing machine combined with a dryer adds a touch of intrigue - your clothes will either remain damp or come out a couple of sizes smaller. And for lovers of surprises, there’s a pleasant bonus: cleaning and linen changes are not included in the price and are charged separately. Surprise! They obviously spent a lot of money on soundproofing in order to promote socializing among the guests. During the day, you can simply converse with your neighbors through the wall. Additionally, keep yourself completely aware on the specifics of their private lives at night, or freely share your own. This location is ideal if you like cold climates! Because of the heater's heroic, although ultimately fruitless, attempt to warm both areas, the apartment is typically a little colder than the outside. Cooking becomes a fascinating activity. A frying pan with an unusually convex shape - possibly the result of many family conflicts - offers a unique "even heating" experience. No downsides found.

Limpesa, custo benefício, a localização, tem um mercado muito bom abaixo no prédio, 10 minutos caminhando até a praça da armas. Camas muito boas, tudo perfeito

Só faltou carrinho para as malas na garagem do prédio, mas como sugestão ao prédio, nem é ao proprietário do apartamento.

Stayed second time. Just a great choice.

Spacious apartment. Very clean and nicely kept. Beds are great! Has a big supermarket in the same building. Hostes is very friendly.

For some one might be noisy as its locatied on a busy street. Was fine for us.
