Qoyllur Residences by Wynwood House

I had hundreds reservations on Booking (including few in Peru) but first time owner get money from my credit card and next demanded click on some link and provide on scum website number my credit card. Additionally they ask me to send selfie photo via WhatsApp….. Washing machine with dryer was never cleaned all clothes stink

Super comodo todo, bien equipado, cama comoda, calefactor ok, cerca de supermercado y todo lo turistico a pasos.

Da a la calle Garcilazo que es bien transitada y bulliciosa… si algo se pudiera mejorar la aislacion de las ventanas seria ideal.

The management at Wynwood is very poor. Although the staff in the building (who were very kind, by the way) had no idea we were even arriving, we were charged in July for a stay that was in September. To get our room number and key, management demanded a photo of my credit card. When I refused to send sensitive card details, they threatened to cancel our booking and refund the money—leaving us stranded with no accommodation. For a 3-night stay with 4 people, we were only given 2 rolls of toilet paper. On top of that, the TV didn’t even provide access to free channels, etc

The space was large and it's not too far from the centeral area.

The water was small for shower, and personally the check in process online was too much to fill out.

Beste Wohnung die wir in Peru hatten. Super gemütlich, groß, sauber, modern und leise. Perfekte Ausstattung. Einfach perfekt!

Location is fine, not too far from centeral area, and the room space is large enough.

The amenity for shower gel and shampoo, etc. should be provided freely based on the the description on booking.com. However, when we checked in, the bottles were only half-filled, and we asked for more, the host kept arguing and not willing to provide us with newer ones, and said those are not refillable. The host even asked us to purchase by ourselves in the convenience stores or supermarket. We spent some time to argue with the "half-filled" issues, eventually the host provided us new ones, but this wasn't a great experience. If the amenities aren't refillable, it shouldn't be written in the inclusion section. No one will clean the room if you plan to stay more than 1 night, and the amenity won't be refilled, so be prepared with this situation.
