"Great property, unfortunate back of house staff and lack of systems"

Great facilities, comfortable beds

Terrible check in, took about 45 minutes They do not read messages, are non communicative They ask for proof of payment from my bank (????) so are clearly a mess on the admin side

Apartment was perfect for 6 night stay in Cusco. It has fully furnished kitchen. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable in all respects. It is well maintained and spotlessly clean. It is conveniently located near shopping and historic town center

The unit is pretty new and they provide very comprehensive list of things including extra pillows and heaters/fans.

Sanity is questionable. The bedding makes my skin very itchy and I found someone else’s hair on the sheet. Check in time and luggage storage is so inflexible that they only allow check in after 3pm and luggage storage after 12:30pm.

Great location, great amenities, comfortable and clean. 2nd time there, and would return.

Due to an issue with my credit card which was lost during that trip, I had asked them to inform me in advance, before attempting to charge my card for my stay, to transfer money in the account. They misunderstood me and thought I was asking for a different charging method and just proceeded to cancel my stay. Luckily I was fast to book it again immediately and did not risk losing my accommodation. Generally I felt the messages, even in my 1st stay, were not properly read, and either received incorrect, incomplete or delayed answers, so the communication would benefit from more attention.

Mostly everything. Good location, very comfortable, clean, cozy and had all needed amenities including a heater, which was a nice surprise. I did stay return a 2nd time and would return again.

The delay in receiving the access code message and some delay in answering messages in general. Can be a bit noisy, I was however lucky to stay at the 7th floor so the street noise was decently tolerated.

Very clean and modern, felt safe and close to the shop not a long walk to the historical center

This apartment was facing the main road so there was ALOT of noise if you are a light sleeper or get bothered by noise don’t book this apartment
