El check in fue muy largo , venía avisando que estaba en auto y llegaba tarde . Si no hubiera sido por la predisposición de los recepcionista del edificio , nadie estaba enterado de la cochera solicitada . El agua caliente alcanza para bañarse de una persona a la vez cada 1 hora y el departamento es para 4 ! No hay mantas adicionales , hacia mucho frío . Solo una estufa eléctrica y son dos habitaciones ! . A pesar de los reclamos las mantas llegaron recién la tercer noche .

"Appartement neuf et bien situé"

L’immeuble est neuf avec un gardien 24h/7j Un supermarché et une boulangerie au pied de l’immeuble avec une machine à laver pour nettoyer le linge à mi voyage À 15mn du centre de Cuzco, l’appartement est bien équipé

L’appartement est situé sur un boulevard… et quand on connaît la folie des klaxonnés au Pérou on a compris que si on a le sommeil léger cela va être compliqué de se reposer

"Comfortable stay."

Excellent location close to the town centre, kitchen was well equipped. The washing machine was very useful . There is a superstore just a couple of yards away which was handy.

We stayed for 6 days and there was no cleaning during our stay. We would have appreciated at least one cleaning after 2-3 days of stay.

"everything is new and nice, but..."

Everything is brand new and nice. The heater was a big plus. Views are good. Unlimited warm water. Shop downstairs, walking distance to the main square.

It is located on the main road and sounds from the street are VERY LOUD through the night. Windows dont provide much acustic isolation, we didnt rest properly. On top of that, one night there was a fire alarm at 3am. When asked what happened, we got answer that "it happens sometimes when someone is frying in the kitchen" ... it was quite disturbing.

Very clean room

Because there is no staff there to talk to, despite what sapping the agency about a needed space heater, they never got back to us.
