The Garden House

Wunderbar gelegen um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Cornwall zu erreichen. Super neue und moderne Ausstattung, schöne Lage (10 min zu Supermakt, 2 min zu Pub zu Fuss), sehr nette Gastgeberin. Parkplatz vor Haus oder an der Straße jederzeit völlig unproblematisch. Wer eine überdurchschnittlich gute FeWo in toller Lage sucht, kann hier aufhören zu suchen.

Very cozy and extremely well furnished! Sarah, the host, was really friendly and brought croissants and pain au chocolat for breakfast every day. Upon our arrival she even prepared Cornish Cream Tea (tea and scones with clotted cream and jam). We were actually sad to leave because it was such a nice stay!

Everything was perfect. I have visited many a hotel/appartments in my 40 years of travelling, but only a handful can match the cosiness and the feeling of hospitality that this appartment offer. Pros include the appartment being at a perfect state, premium bed quality, bath & shower, fully equiped kitchen, lovely garden, quiet location near pensanze, and very good light control features (fully automated window shutters). Price was also really good, compared to what it offers. I still have unfinished business in Penzance (have not covered Lands End yet) so I will definitely be booking this gem of an appartment again. 100% recommended

Great for short or longer stay, the house is very well equipped (perhaps the kitchenpaper or napkins would also be useful), good breakfast, very comfortable bed, nice spacious bathroom.
