The Garden House

We appreciated the cream tea waiting for us on arrival and the delicious strawberries on day two. It was great to have a laundry at the property.

The property was fabulous. The location was excellent, train and bus station in easy walking distance. Cream tea on arrival and breakfast throughout the week -fantastic. Sarah was an amazing host. Would stay again. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place so comfortable, clean, fantastically well equipped. Incredible breakfast (croissant, pain chocolate etc) and lovely owner. Nice little courtyard to sit out on. We enjoyed the visit of the Bengal cat.

The host was excellent. Handy to town. Very comfortable. Handy walk to local pub for excellent dinner. Breakfast very easy and nutricious.

Parking is difficult if vehicles park across the road. Everything else great

The house was perfect, Sarah is a great host. Loved all the touches - fresh baking when we arrived, yummy breakfast, suggestions on where to visit locally, instructions on how to find the house. Highly recommend, will definitely come again!

great location, easy walk to Penzance train station, very clean, great light breakfast, great washroom, very quiet, close to a lovely pub, Wi-Fi was excellent
