No parking available on site contrary to ehat was informed by your page. One has to leave the vehicle far away and travel by cycle rickshaw and foot to reach the hotel. Frustrating.

The view.

It is SCAM. You should google: East View Hotel. It is the same hotel, but as you see on google this place has a lot of bad reviews. 1.We booked suite with a balcony, but there is no balcony there. 2.It is totally dirty. The towels smells like never washed. On the corridors on the floors, you can find leftovers for many days. 3. The monkeys came to our room and took aor thongs because the employees didn't close the window behind the curtain. They didn't care about it and said that it is our fault. 4. When we wanted to go one day earlier, we had to pay for it because the manager didn't want accept our request (we did it on time). 5. The employees treated us really badly. They just wanted our money. 6. If you have some question before they will never answer. It was a nightmare to stay there. I was in many places but this one was the worst in my life.

Location

I stayed there 4 nights and asked for cleaning every day but nobody had time to clean my room..Nobody even collects garbage from my room.

The view and the surrounding of the hotel was extra ordinary. The rooms and ambience was great!

The walking distance from the Chawk to the hotel is around 600/700 meter. This distance is difficult to cover by walking, specially when someone is travelling with family and luggage. For solo tour, friend group tour, backpacker this hotel is just the perfect to stay. But for family, It's a bit difficult.

Do not visit the property. They generally overbook the property and are committing a fraud by cancelling at the last moment. This property is managed by OYO leading to its poor customer service. Horrible experience

One of my worst experiences. It was a scam. I had a confirmed booking and when arrived they told me “no room”. And had to look for a bed at 7pm pitch dark. So frustrating with booking .com as well not andwring messages.

I was denied check in & said by the hotel authorities that my booking has been cancelled & Mr Aman Rai from this hotel threatened me that even if you are coming , you wouldn't get any room as it wasn't showing up on the website & Mr Aman asked me to cancel the booking so that this miscreant of his would not be seen

Very Excellent . Near to scindia ghat and easily accessible to bath in Ganga river.

Very far away from main road , you have to walk a lot to reach the hotel. Food is lightly overpriced.
