Parking pass not delivered on time. Kitchen sink clogged up upon arrival. Couch had hair ball on surface upon arrival. No on-site host, call center unresponsive. Had to communicate via email

"Great building and location, inside of unit could use more comfort items."

Location was great. Hosts were able to send out help to open the unit fairly quickly. Good customer service. +

Trouble obtaining the initial key. Lockbox does not work, had to call for help. Unit does not lock correctly when leaving. Limited linens, there was only one very small set of towels that barely fit an adult.
