We had problems with the plumbing which was taken care of promptly.

Google maps took us to an entrance that visitors were not allowed in, clearer instructions on which entrance allows visitors in would be helpful. Later check out would of been appreciated.

Location was good, close to 5th avenue, restaurants, etc.

Pool was cold, not clearly indicated that the property was a shared house. Barely any hot water, only one person could shower with hot water. No access to a kitchen to wash dishes (spoons, forks). Tiny bar fridge split between four bedrooms. Description was VERY misleading.

Wifi was good and cleaning services everyday

Very Important to read!!!! -check-in is online, upload your documents and all guests -security deposit paid by bank transfer, or wise -It's a shared house, 3 rooms -it gets loud at night you hear everything -No kitchen unless you rent the entire house -you pay extra for breakfast -9:30am cleaning lady comes and vacuum starts -check out too early 10am they remind you to leave or pay extra -You don't get a second access key -Gate security won't allow you in without your primary guest -only AC with the access key -no Clothing racks -mini fridge for 3 rooms....we were 10people - no garbage cans in the room -you will get charged if you leave your towels on the floor -you need QR codes to access the community -Cannot bring outside bicycles unless rented at the hotels inside the community -taxis need to have access to enter, guest with cars need to register and get a QR code - long walk 15-30 to get to the main street - 15mins walk to ADO station - can't call a taxi... Need to walk out to the street I would never book again!!!! You got better options with better customer service and 24hrs concierge.

Pacific location out of Playa del Carmen vibe - but a bit far from center (20 min walk) and beach (15 min walk).

1. The bathroom of our room was private, but outside the room - which is no where mentioned in the offer. 2. Most of the space it’s to share with several other rooms, which is also not clear in the add. 3. The house and the room had a very strong mold smell. 4. Furniture very uncomfortable and dated. There are better options in the city for this cost.
