Very convenient, easy parking. Nice bar. Good size bedroom and shower. Easy to check in. Friendly staff.

Decent bar area, breakfast waitress very good, decent average size plated breakfast

Room very small, bed tiny (I'm 5'9'' and feet hanging over end of bed), bathroom tiny, nowhere to put toiletries etc, no loo roll holder. Worst thing was car parking - had a £25 fine for being in WRONG CAR PARK even though emailed parking instructions, phone call to hotel about parking and check in receptionist never mentioned need to pass through council car park into another car park at rear of hotel. Hotel refused to reimburse the £25 or even give a voucher. Very poor customer service.

The room was clean,great location and friendly staff.

Our room was quite small. The sink was in the bedroom. When staying previously we have had a bigger room. The size of the room did not reflect in the price.
