The location

Wasn’t clean,definitely not had a cleaner in the small bin outside the bathroom door was full and not been emptied so told me everything I needed to know,floors were filthy couldn’t walk round without trainers on

Stayed here with my 2 boys checked in on 2nd may for the weekend wow what a find lovely van clean warm and comfortable had everything we needed and more was lovely of the owner to leave us a lil gift for our arrival we only just got home and boys are begging to rebook I can't belive how good a van and service we had for the little price we paid we had great communication to which made our stay easy on checkin and departure I would like to personally thank the owner for making our stay excellent can't wait to re book we will definitely be back and will highly recommend to everyone thanks again john and the boys x

There was 3 and good internet connection bedrooms had good storage.

There wasn’t much of a kitchen not enough cooking equipment, not storage space for a food shop and not enough room to cook meals i just about managed. And the double bed was very low and really uncomfortable, could do with a new mattress

Arrived at the caravan. Love the fact was just left to let ourselves in. Secure key box was perfect. Caravan was really clean and had everything we needed. All facilities worked as expected. Perfect home from home

Wasnt as clean as thought it should of been but for the price paid i didnt expect to high standards some cleaning items left so i did use, double bed could do with a new mattress as you can feel all springs in current one. It is a very dated caravan and windows are drafty when sat on sofa to watch t.v. Few air fresheners in every room which was overpowering i had to remove as one of our party is Astmatic. Great points were internet was available in caravan and Caravan park was in a great location to walk into morecombe, beach and shopping both within 10-15mins walk.

We booked to stay in this caravan only for one night. We were asked to delay our arrival so the caravan could be cleaned, which we did. When we arrived and got in the caravan, it was not cleaned properly! The floor was sticky, the corners everywhere were dirty, the bedding was dirty, the toilet was not cleaned properly, and the caravan was in a very poor state!! We had 2 kids and a dog with us, so we decided that it was not safe/clean to stay as we didn't want the girls to play on the floor, sleep on dirty bedding and have a shower etc. We left the caravan and texted and emailed the owner explaining the situation and asking for a refund, but obviously didn't get an answer! We have also sent pictures so he could see how dirty the caravan was. Stay away from this caravan...
