The park it was on

The caravan wasn't, clean mould in bathroom,living room beds hadn't been changed

"Our stay was uncomfortable and not pleasant I would not stay here again"

It was in a nice position and the beds were comfortable

It was very old and dated inside and could do with some repairs, the sofas were covered with throws and cushions but weren’t comfortable the wood plinths on the sofas are breaking and the van was not clean, there was rubbish under the beds in one of the twin rooms and the floors were dirty as was the bin with food on the lid when we arrived.The boiler is quite old and we were sent a video on how to restart it should it go out if we took a shower and someone ran the water in the kitchen at the same time. It really wasn’t an enjoyable experience overall.

Mags Den is in a fabulous location, very clean for our arrival, all set up for us. The caravan was very comfortable, everything there what we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

"Lovely homely caravan and very reasonably priced"

It was clean, homely and had everything you needed. The owner left us a bottle of wine on arrival which was a lovely gesture. Tea coffee etc all provided. Price was very reasonable.

No towels which it would have been good if it had been stated on the booking as I had to check. No mention of the fob to get in or out only realised it was there after couple days .
