It was a nice cosy caravan

It was filthy wet clothes no tv or WiFi and very little heating and drafty as hell

We didn’t have the chance to stay

We booked this caravan in good faith for one night. In the early hours of the morning (around 2am) the night before our stay, we received two poorly written messages cancelling our booking at the last minute. It was very unprofessional and extremely frustrating to be contacted at that time. To make matters worse, we were then asked to cancel the booking ourselves. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodation at short notice, causing unnecessary stress and additional expense. I would not recommend booking here if you value reliability and clear communication. Being cancelled on at the last minute with so little notice is simply unacceptable.

Excellent value for money, lovely caravan and site. Near local area and sea.

Double bed very comfy. Location excellent. Hot chocolate and biscuits crisps left by host for my grandchildren.

Have stayed in this van 3 times as it’s in a great location and great value for money.. always clean and ready when I arrive. Will be booking again soon x

A little chilly in the colder months but I don’t let that put me off as there is plenty heating devices to use

Perfect place for where we needed

Cold, couldn’t get the van warm. Gas kept going out even when not windy. Very little heating for the size of van. Beds not made, dirty bedding in wardrobe. Bathroom dirty and shower base full of dirty hair and scum.
