It was a great stay homely feel short walk to the main building. Everyone was friendly . Weather was a mixed bag but could just relax watching netflix and prime provided. It's about half hour walk to the bustle of morecambe and it's half hour walk to train station. I slept really well too. Loved it so much I'm coming back in a month !! Fantastic hosts with all the information we needed beforehand of the caravan. Thanks mags den !

Caravan park and surrounding areas are clean and well maintained.

Unfortunately, this caravan was a major disappointment. It was very old and dirty throughout, with outdated furnishings and appliances that clearly haven’t been maintained in a long time. It’s cluttered with too many unnecessary items, making the space feel cramped and chaotic. Given the condition, it’s definitely not value for money.

The people who own this caravan were absolutely lovely. They couldn't do enough for you. The location was fab. We had a great time.

I just think it needs a little tlc. A good clean out. Maybe leave a bit of toilet roll for when you get there as we never brought any and got there quite late.

It was only a short walk to town and bus stop just outside. Park itself was quiet.

The accomodation we rented was very dirty, smelt of damp dog. Very dusty, hadn't been dusted, a lot of hair everywhere, human and animal. Mirrors, windows all hand/smear marks. Bag of Dog poo left outside, beds weren't fit to sleep in( all mattresses were lumpy). We tried the so called sofa bed ( wasn't a sofa bed). Throws and covers were dusty, had food debris on them, we removed them and all on the sofas, down the back had food wrappers and debris everywhere. I cleaned where we were using but I didn't want to disturb the dust as we both suffer with dust. The TV/Internet was intermittent, night 2 we had no TV or internet so we messaged the owner to see if could be sorted. We got a response on the morning after but at that point we had already decided to go home. Cooker was dirty on the stove top. Not been cleaned between customers.

The place was smelly and dirty and damp. The bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep in it. We decided at midnight on the first day to pack up our car and drive 8 hrs back home after driving 8 hours to what I can only call a dump. The owner tried to tell us the smell was disafectant. No way had that place ever seen any disafectant. The smell was of damp and musty.
