The size of the room was good

Lights in the room were not working. I booked and paid money for a working office space and the internet in the room was not working. I could not work in the breakfast room either. The air con machine remote wasn’t working, no tea and coffee in the room, the bed was on an angle with the feet above the head, the sink didn’t drain, machines in the gym broken, breakfast wasn’t great and I was not allowed coffee from the machine for breakfast even though it was available only water and instant coffee which is not what you expect in a hotel.. All in all not worth the high price point. I ended up leaving early as couldn’t not work without functioning internet. I would like a refund for at least 1/2 what was paid as too many issues with the stay.
