We have made booking and confirm, when we get to the hotel and they said hotel is full booked and allocated us another hotel which was dirty

The property is very central

The rooms were dirty and the pillow cases super filthy and everything about the room was just not pleasant and we notified then and they only changed our pillow cases and did nothing about the rest , not sure if if was due to language barrier or what , but it was super dirty

"Nice hotel but lack of maintance"

Not very old, great location, very big rooms

Some rooms had things broken, water overflowing and maintance was not good
