The rooms are big and clean

Water is cold no iron, breakfast 😑

I am sad to say this was a terrible experience. In Booking, it clearly says the hotel accepts MC, AmEX, etc. Well they only accept Visa. So off to a bank I had to go. I get in my room (which is large, BTW) and a staff member walks in and removes a pail from under the sink. I should have turned on the water before he left. No water. Another staff member comes up and checks when I tell them there is no water. They move me down a floor. So I have to pack up everything and move. The next morning, the cleaning lady comes at 9:30am. Why so early? She did not know we were there. Her supervisor comes up. We explain why they moved us. Off she goes. Why the night staff didn't tell them. I don't know. There were only two other people in the hotel... Then the cleaning lady returns at 12 noon. Check out on Booking is 1pm. All in all, very disappointing, especially for the price.

Receptionist wasn’t friendly at all ,they looked like they were angry. Kitchen staff were very friendly

La posizione era perfetta nel centro di Maputo. L 'hotel è pulito e confortevole.

O preço divergiu um pouco do anunciado aqui no App booking. A taxa do café da manhã é cobrada no check-in mesmo no outro dia você não tomando o café da manhã.
