My Oasis

Communication with the hosts was really easy and everything was exactly as advertised in the listing. The property was also easy to find. The car and hot rod memorabilia was outstanding as was the 50s theme, memorabilia, furniture and fittings. The nice additional touches of milkshakes and breakfast was fabulous and let's not forget the M&M dispenser. The accommodation was spotless and well equipped. The bed was really comfortable and we slept so well.(noting mattress and pillow choices will not suit all, but we felt these were all really comfy, plus the bedding was great as well.) This was night 6 on our 2 week road trip and the ability to wash and dry clothes was a bonus too. The hosts, Mick and Rhonda were so welcoming and hospitable we sat and chatted over a beverage or two during the evening. When back on the West coast we will 100% be booking My Oasis. Thank you Mick and Rhonda for a lovely stay.

Absolutely adorable theme with functional features. Ice cream milkshakes, toasted pb&j, excellent water pressure, charmingly hilarious hosts, and lemons 🍋

This is a unique property and you MUST put time in your plans meet with the hosts. If you like cars and car stories, this is the place to visit.

The car memorabilia was cool , bed fine, clean

Being greeted by the angry host and berated for 15 minutes for not checking in on time was a bit much. Also, the plumbing in the bathroom was bad.

Incredibly cool place to stay. Wonderful collections from the 50’s and 60’s. The room had real charm.

Location a bit out of town — minor.
