Brand new room, clean, comfortable. Hot shower, fan and mosquito net. The food was really good. The owner is an official guide of the park and can organize d’offerta tours in the forest.

The place is beautiful and by far the cleanest I have seen in the country. Even better than the accommodation are the lovely people running it!

This really the perfect accomodation, when you stay around the rain forest. The owner is also a guide for the tour (we did the 6 hours tour and it was so funny;)or others and can help you in any case you need. Thank you for meeting Tikiri and Prabath. The location. The room looked like it belonged in a boutique hotel. Incredibly clean. Staff were lovely. It was a husband and wife team. The food was so flavoursome and plenty of it. The wife ( sorry I can’t spell your name ) was a delight. Prabath ( not sure about the spelling ) took me on two tours, my favourite by far was the wildlife one, saw plenty of lizards, snakes, spiders and a pair of adorable frogmouth owls. Great tour. They even gave me a lift back to Deniyaya to get the bus back to Galle . Plenty of birds and wildlife around the property . The photos were taken from my room there.

The streak of perfect reviews seemed too good to be true - but make no mistake, this is one of the best homestays I’ve experienced in years. Location: Perfect, right in nature’s heart. Apartment: Beautifully built and spotlessly clean. Food: Some of the best I had in 4 weeks across Sri Lanka. Price: the price of the whole package is unmatched in the area. Don’t worry about the lack of nearby restaurants or supermarkets - you won’t need them. Staying here feels like being at your favorite family members, where every meal is a highlight. Prabath and his family treat hosting not just as a business but as their passion. Every morning, I woke up excited for the day ahead, with Prabath sharing his favorite hiking trails and passing down his family’s deep local knowledge. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel like an old friend. For three days, I was part of the village - Prabath’s friends became my friends. But don’t worry: your privacy remains their top priority. This is the definition of a hardworking family who takes genuine pride in sharing their home and heritage with guests. They put their heart into making your stay special. I'm leaving truly happy, with their kindness carved into my memory. If you're reading this, don't hesitate - this is a stay you'll treasure. To Prabath and his family: you're dear in my heart, and I wish life treats you as kindly as you treated me.

If I were to describe all of my impressions, I would never finish. This accommodation is a jewel and truly unique. The warmth and helpfulness of the hosts is extraordinary. The accommodation is modernly furnished and everything was clean and worked perfectly. I enjoyed every minute, whether on the tours in the jungle or when I simply sat on my terrace and looked into the garden for hours. For me, this place was magical and my very own personal paradise. As a frequent traveler, I have seen a lot but I have been looking for this place for a long time and to my surprise, I did not expect it to be like this. This accommodation is an absolute must for nature lovers who are looking for a quiet place where nothing is lacking. On the contrary, I think you are offered a unique atmosphere that is second to none. Absolute recommendation and a must when staying in Sri Lanka. Thank you for this great experience. Coming as a guest and leaving as a friend has never been as good for me as it is here. I look forward to seeing my friends again 🫂🥰

the bathroom was wonderful, hot water too, and the room is big and clean with a very beautiful view. the owner offer us to share rice but you can order dinner too. and the wifi works really well :) and the breakfast was really good you can ask for something different if you need. one of the most beautiful guest house I stayed in sri lanka and I stayed in more than 15 places there!
