Location, facility, pool and view

The work flow is paper based that is inefficient and prone to time wasting and mistakes. Furthermore, you might book a room through booking or other applications, however, the room might not be actually available once at the hotel. The miscommunication between the apps and the hotel is very bad. My advice is to call the property before booking to confirm the availability of the room you choose online.

The location, the pool, the view

The staff were really incompetent. Confusion with tours, delays in arranging things, had to ask for water in the room 4 times before they got it, no WiFi too. They said they were new but from a relatively expensive resort, basic things are expected.

The resort location is so great and the vibe of ocean view is stunning

The WIFI was not working however the staff were explaining to all residents the issue related to internet provider

I would describe breakfast as adequate. Toast , pancakes, juse, and eggs were excellent. Coffee was strong.

More fruit would have been nice and honey for the toast. Also I prefere breakfast cereal and real low fat milk. No WIFi in hotel.

Location was great. rooms very new and clean

didn’t receive a double room. instead a single room. internet didn’t work and staff lied about the fact that it hasn’t been working for days. staff needed to be made aware of the fact that food on breakfast buffet was constantly running out. check in time is written as 12 pm but rooms weren’t available. they tried to explain to us that if check out time is until 12 they cannot have you check in by 12.

Resort is beautiful and staff were really helpful! rooms, food and location were all great!

Our shower did not have warm water. They came to repair it but it broke again the next day. they made no amendments to make up for it. And breakfast lacks variety.
