La ragazza all'accoglienza veramente gentile e disponibile

Quando si prenota una camera, si presuppone che la camera prenotata e pagata sia quella che si troverà all'arrivo. Che ci sia un upgrade o un downgrade il cliente deve essere sempre avvisato. Trovando una camera diversa da quella pagata ho chiamato il proprietario che mi ha risposto "ma il suo è un problema di colori perché una e blu e l'altra e rossa? Guardi che quella che ha ora è anche migliore". Onestamente l'ho trovato poco cortese, capisco che ad agosto si possa avere molto lavoro...ma non lo trovo onesto. Posso aver prenotato quel tipo di camera per mille motivi diversi, che possono anche magari essere di salute. Non devo dare motivazioni

Very comfortable apartment close to the city center and many bus stops, including central railway and bus stations. Polite staff, it is possible to leave luggage after checking out. Easy to check in even after midnight.

What really stood out was the helpfulness of the staff. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out so we could enjoy our last day exploring the city without any hassle. They also provided us with accurate and useful information whenever we needed recommendations or directions.

The only downside was the noise. Whenever someone used the bathroom, there was a loud pump-like sound that could be quite disturbing. In general, the soundproofing wasn’t great — we could hear noise both from the street and from other rooms or floors. For anyone sensitive to noise, I’d definitely recommend bringing earplugs to ensure a better night’s sleep.

Easy to find. The owner gives good instructions to make sure you find your room. Speaking of the room, it actually looks like a hotel room. The location is great too, pretty close the train station and to bus stops, supermarkets, sights to see etc. I would stay here again.

I didn't like the shared kitchen/living room, where there are doors to all the guest rooms. I don't remember reading about that and it was quite surprising to me. I often heard other guest talking but I had no issues with sleeping.

There was a tourist tax of 20 euro that we needed to pay
