Vivendo Rooms

it’s near the bus/ train stations (around 8-10min walk). the staff/ owner is very accommodating. he even waited for us to arrive since we arrived at catania around 1am.

we really enjoyed our stay. what could be improved tho is the cleanliness of the room and the smell of the toilet. everything else is perfect.

The room was tidy and all facilities worked as expected. A simple breakfast option was provided in the common area and there was also a small kitchenette with fridge available. The host was friendly and the communication worked out well. There are some shops and restaurants within a short walking distance and the old town could be reached by a 15' walk. Overall, a good place to stay for a short stay in Catania to explore the city. Also: the apartment is close to an AliBus stop in case you need to reach the airport within ~25'. City buses leave in front of the building in many directions.

- The building is quite old, therefore it took ~3 minutes or longer to get warm water in the shower and sometimes there was some smell in the bathroom. - The area around is not a typical shiny touristic area (even if it is close too). Nevertheless, everyone was friendly and we did not felt unsafe there, even at night!

Nice view from the window, within short walking distance from the city center, between main bus/metro/train stations + good restaurants and shops nearby. Fridge in the room.

Seems like a dangerous area, but turned out to be not as bad as our first impression would suggest. Thin walls and floors - loud noises in the morning.

The property is excellently located in the center of Catania. The room was quiet and nicely furnished.

Bed was comfortable Value for money

Place was not easy to find, entrance is from the middle of large building without any signs, but the host noticed us and showed us the way Parking on paid public parking lot with extra overnight charge, which we did not know about and found a fine of 36 eur behind the windshield in the next morning Surrounding of the accommodation was noisy during the night and there were a lot of homeless people living around in the neighborhood Water in shower was switching between hot & cold too quickly

Very central, near to the Metro.

Too early check-out (but I could leave my luggage without problems).

plenty of room in bedroom. central to Catania

shame the shutter did not open as we were deprived a 3rd floor view. in the kitchen washing up liquid n cloths are so important to have available for us if no dishwasher. difficult to clean cups without. very rusty/container with scrubbing foil beside sink. - off putting housekeeper starts early.

Flexible staff, clean room & bathroom.

No restaurants or cafes near-by.
