Kawah Padi Garden Villa Langkawi

Líbilo se nám v podstatě všechno. Je to ale typ ubytování, který nemusí vyhovovat všem. Přece jen - je to uprostřed rýžových polí, kde vlastně "nic" není. Ale to je právě ono. Chatky jsou skvělé a pohodlné. Je tu opravdový klid. Doprava se dá zajistit. My jsme si například domluvili půjčení auta a vše proběhlo úplně v pohodě a za výborných podmínek (auto bylo přistaveno u vjezdu, odevzdávali jsme ho na letišti, cena kolem 400 Kč na den). Snídaně byla na první pohled skromná, ale úplně dostačující. Se vším nám poradili. A pan domácí s námi dokonce mluvil i trochu česky (přece jen byl v Česku snad 10x).

Někomu nemusí vyhovovat umístění (trochu mimo civilizaci na úzké uličce v rýžových polích) a relativní skromnost zařízení. Ale pro jiného je právě toto bonus! Pro cestování po ostrově je nutno mít zajištěnu dopravu (půjčení auta, motorky nebo najmutí řidiče s autem - ale nic z toho není problém). Takže do této rubriky by se nemuselo psát nic.

Mun and the staff were great, always asking after our welfare and ensuring we had a great stay. Room was clean, shower hot, nice room size for the 2 of us - and the WiFi was strong throughout our 3 night stay. Lovely peaceful location and we slept very well. The outdoor communal area is a great place to hang out and breakfast was varied and plentiful. Bring a book and a smile and you’ll have a lovely time. Thanks for a great stay!

Kawah Padi Villa is really a magical place, in the middle of the rice fields and surrounded by beautiful nature! The people working there are amazing, so kind and caring. We had an amazing 3 nights there - the rooms were comfortable and spacious, the terrace area super cosy and the team made a great breakfast in the morning for us to enjoy. Highly recommend for a cosy and relaxing stay

Really enjoyed the breakfast here! It was simple but super tasty. Loved the little homey touches, felt like eating at a friend’s place. Everything was fresh and just nice to start the day. Thanks to the awesome owner! Such a cozy and welcoming place! Everything was clean, comfy and well taken care of. The owner was super friendly and helpful too. Would totally come back if I had the chance! ;)

The location was peaceful. The people in the village were nice.

The rooms didn't have any conviences; no glasses, no mini fridge, no hot water maker. I know the owner says that his place is not a hotel, however those are things that should be essential to renting a room.
