Riverwood Resort on the Gunnison

This hotel was very quaint and clean. We had a outdoor patio and access to a river trail. The staff was helpful and texted us to make sure we were ok and when we would check in. My only complaint was the mattress. One side of the mattress was"broken" so either you rolled to the middle or hung into the edge for dear life. Luckily my husband was on that side and can sleep through anything.

There should be 2 soaps one for the shower and one for the sink but that wasn’t a huge deal.

Really enjoyed sitting in the backyard at the fire pit and listening to the river.

No breakfast offered.

There were gaps in window blinds and constant buzzing sound in room. Also wish I had cable TV to watch. TV is for streaming only. This place is overpriced.

This is a very quaint, private area. The staff are great communicators and quick to respond to questions and needs. There are "back doors" to the rooms that lead to quiet, private little patios, where you can sit and enjoy the weather. We will stay here again.

Had a cute little back patio area. Very relaxing and I liked the decor. Right by the river and not far from my buddies house.

No complaints.

Would definitely stay again!
