Riverwood Resort on the Gunnison

Right on the Gunnison river, easy access to motel rooms, no card all door codes. Monique was extremely friendly and helpful.

I didn’t have a fishing rod

One TV issue we had was taken care of & responded to via text. Very nice!

I am not sure I am ready for no person contact at a motel at my age! While our room was nice over all it just seems strange that there is no personal contact.

very dog friendly with individual small fenced area directly accessed from room; great dog walking area along teh Gunnison river; very accommodating staff/owners.

We were misled by the name, the sign out front said Riverview Hotel. When we eventually figured it must be the place, the front desk said they were under new management and “making some changes. The “garden”was more of a weed patch, the sitting area out front was full of weeds and had a wire fence around it, more like a cage. The property has some charming potential, but needs a lot of TLC.

Peaceful and quiet place. Located close to the river. Clean and comfortable.

It was little bit tricky to find with the Google Maps

There were great fenced in areas in front of the room so the pooch had easy access to outdoor facilities. The trails around the property are great! Right on the river and peaceful.

Loved Loved Loved it!!~ such a quaint little place!,& I Loved looking at the river,& sunrise 🌅... definitely will be back!!

Amazing! I was there in June and brought my hubby back in July. What a great place to stay. Hope I can come back soon.
